Which carriers do you use to ship orders?

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipper. Currently we ship all our orders with the United States Post Office. Once your order(s) is processed you will be emailed a tracking number to the email used to place the order so you can keep track of your package.

Does FIVE21 Wear ship international?

Yes we do. FIVE21 Wear does ship international/ International orders are shipped via respective postal services.

How do I track my shipment?

Track My Shipment

FIVE21 Wear ships all purchases with the United States Postal Service. Check the email you received with your tracking information. Locate the tracking number in the email and click it. That easy! You can also check your shipment status on the USPS website with your tracking number. If you have lost your tracking information please email our customer service at 521customerservice@521wear.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
