Shipping

FIVE21 Wear ships all purchases in the continental USA through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are generally processed in 1-2 days after payment clears. Deliver can take anywhere from 3-5 days.

Returns

All purchases except masks have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Returned items must meet the below conditions:

  • Items returned were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Make sure you receive a tracking number when returning goods.

Package Tracking

FIVE21 Wear ships all purchases with the United States Postal Service. Check the email you received with your tracking information. Locate the tracking number in the email and click it. That easy! You can also check your shipment status on the USPS website with your tracking number.
